How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. Signing up as a washer is completely free. We take a small platform commission on completed bookings — there are no monthly fees, subscription costs, or hidden charges.
How and when do I get paid?
Payments are processed via Stripe Connect and transferred directly to your linked bank account after each booking is marked complete. Standard transfer times apply (typically 1–2 business days).
Do I need insurance before I can start?
You need liability insurance to take bookings. If you don't have it yet, you can still sign up and get a 14-day grace period to obtain coverage before accepting your first job.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You set the price for each service you offer. You can update your prices at any time from your washer dashboard.
What happens if a customer cancels?
Our cancellation policy protects washers. If a customer cancels with less than 2 hours notice, you receive a portion of the booking fee as compensation for your time.
