Nothing to join. When a job is completed, LocalWashAdvisor keeps a 16% booking fee and you keep 84%, less the card processing fee Stripe charges on that payment (in the US, 2.9% + 30¢). With the optional Premium membership the booking fee is 8% and LocalWashAdvisor pays the card fee, so you keep the full 92%. There are no other charges.
Payments are processed via Stripe Connect and transferred directly to your linked bank account after each booking is marked complete. Standard transfer times apply (typically 1–2 business days).
Yes. You set the price for each service you offer. You can update your prices at any time from your washer dashboard.
Our cancellation policy protects washers. If a customer cancels with less than 2 hours notice, you receive a portion of the booking fee as compensation for your time.
