If plans change

Cancel before washer accepts: zero charge — authorization hold dropped immediately
Cancel 2+ hours before (after washer accepts): full refund of total price
Cancel within 2 hours (after washer accepts): 20% of the price is charged, at most $20 (three quarters of it to the washer for the reserved slot) · the rest of the card hold is released
You no-show (washer files after 20 min): a flat $20 no-show fee, never more than the booking (three quarters of it to the washer for the trip) · the rest of the card hold is released
Washer no-show: report after 20 min — full refund issued immediately, case reviewed by admin

Refunds appear in 5–10 business days.
