We offer 4 billing tiers: 1 Free plan and 3 Premium subscription options with monthly, quarterly, and annual billing.

Yes, you can cancel anytime with no penalties. Your Premium benefits continue until the end of your current billing period, then you'll automatically downgrade to Free.
Immediate Effect
Your subscription is marked for cancellation but remains active until the end of the paid period (no early refunds).
During Remaining Period
You keep all Premium features (advanced analytics, more media uploads) until the billing period ends.
After Period Ends
Automatic downgrade to Free Plan:
No More Charges
The monthly/quarterly/yearly subscription fee stops. Free Plan is completely free - no charges ever.
Scenario: You subscribed to Premium Monthly on March 1st ($59). You cancel on March 15th.
Subscription starts, charged $59
You cancel β Subscription marked for cancellation, Premium features continue
Still Premium (5 slots, all themes, unlimited usage)
Downgrade to Free (1 slot, standard theme) β No more charges
How to Cancel: Go to your Dashboard β Subscription tab β "Cancel Subscription" button. No phone calls, no retention tactics. Click and you're done.
Your account downgrades to the Free Plan, which reduces features. You'll lose access to Premium-exclusive features (extra slots, themes) but can still run 1 coupon.
Coupon Slots
From 5 active coupons down to 1 active coupon
You choose which 1 stays active. The other 4 are paused (not deleted).
Premium Themes
All themed coupons revert to standard template
Tropical, Sunset, Neon themes no longer available.
Advanced Analytics
Lose detailed breakdowns
You get basic analytics + CSV export on Free Plan.
Media Limits
From 100 photos + 2 videos to 8 photos only
Excess media may be archived.

Can I Re-Upgrade? Yes! Upgrade back to Premium anytime. Your 4 deactivated coupons can be reactivated (up to 5 total slots on Premium).
Simple subscription billing only - no per-transaction charges! Premium subscribers pay a flat subscription fee. Free Plan users pay nothing.

Scenario: You subscribe to Premium Monthly on Feb 1. You get 50 claims and 30 redemptions in February.
Subscription charge: $59 β Card charged
Usage: 50 claims + 30 redemptions β No extra charges!
Renewal: $59 β Card charged (just subscription, no usage fees)

Premium subscriptions get a 3-day grace period when billing fails. If payment succeeds within 3 days, nothing changes. After 3 days, you're automatically downgraded to Free tier and must re-subscribe to restore Premium.
