Yes! You can upgrade between Premium tiers anytime with instant proration. When you upgrade (Monthly → Quarterly, Monthly → Annual, or Quarterly → Annual), we credit you for the unused time on your current plan and charge you for the new plan, all in one transaction.

Premium subscriptions get a 3-day grace period when billing fails. If payment succeeds within 3 days, nothing changes. After 3 days, you're automatically downgraded to Free tier and must re-subscribe to restore Premium.
