How to Cancel: Go to your Dashboard → Subscription tab → "Cancel Subscription" button. No phone calls, no retention tactics. Click and you're done.
Yes! You can upgrade between Premium tiers anytime during your trial, and your trial will continue on the new tier. For example, if you start with Monthly and upgrade to Annual on Day 15, you'll keep your remaining 15 days of trial on the Annual plan - no charges until Day 31.

Can I Re-Upgrade? Yes! Upgrade back to Premium anytime. Your 4 deactivated coupons can be reactivated (up to 5 total slots on Premium). Note: You won't get another (one-time only).
Simple subscription billing only - no per-transaction charges! Premium subscribers pay a flat subscription fee. Free Plan users pay nothing.

📅 Billing Date: Charges on the same day each cycle (e.g., if you subscribe on Jan 15, charges recur on 15th of each period).

Scenario: You subscribe to Premium Monthly on Feb 1. You get 50 claims and 30 redemptions in February.
Subscription charge: $59 → Card charged
Usage: 50 claims + 30 redemptions → No extra charges!
Renewal: $59 → Card charged (just subscription, no usage fees)

Premium subscriptions get a 3-day grace period when billing fails. If payment succeeds within 3 days, nothing changes. After 3 days, you're automatically downgraded to Free tier and must re-subscribe to restore Premium.
